The staff at Grand Thai House Resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool, which was clean and well-maintained, making for a delightful afternoon retreat after exploring Lamai Beach, just a short walk away.

The room felt spacious and was clean, which I really appreciated. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. Location stands out – just a short walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I liked having an electric kettle in the room for hot drinks. On the downside, the Wi-Fi struggled quite a bit, making it tough for my remote work. Had to rely on 4G, which was an extra cost that I hoped could be covered by the hotel. The breakfast options were kind of limited, so I ended up eating out for that.

The pool area could do with a serious tidying up!!! The view from the ground level isn't appealing with garbage nearby. The overall facade gives a questionable first impression that doesn't match the actual room quality!!!

The bed was incredible! ! I had the best night’s sleep here, complemented by friendly, accommodating staff. Plus, the location is perfect. just a stroll away from stunning beaches and vibrant restaurants!

Some aspects felt dated and could use refreshing. Limited storage made unpacking less convenient, but it was manageable for my short stay.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We spent two days lounging by the large, clean pool and enjoying delicious meals. The location is ideal, just a short walk to everything fun. We went jet skiing and took a day trip to the Ang Thong National Park, which was a highlight of our trip. The staff were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

We faced some issues with the shower that would fluctuate between hot and cold, which was a bit frustrating after a long day.

Enjoyed my stay in a comfortable Standard Double Room! The friendly staff made sure every need was met. The short walk to the beach was lovely. Grab a massage on the way, and don’t miss the affordable bar across the street for refreshing drinks. Perfect value for your money!

Wi-Fi was good and free parking helped a lot. The shower was cold, though.
